First run since getting the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine and seeing it halted from being given just days afterward. There is a rare blood clot issue being investigated.
I eased through miles 1 and 2 and then decided to maintain and later up my pace. Ran well. Now I need to start streaking again.
