Tired from about 2hrs of sleep last night. Lightning damage at ICC had my boss call me around 2:00 AM and I started work at 4:45 AM. Then I worked until 4:00 PM.
Started run slowly, intending to go 4.4 miles. Became a solid run. I even accelerated the pace a bit the last mile. Finished strong.
