I ran it without walking. The first mile I was under 8:00. The second mile had a big hill in it and I went through in around 17:45. I wanted to walk the hill, but I decided to pass those that wanted to walk the hill. At the end, I put a kick on to pass a few people.
I'm disappointed in being out of shape compared to where I was a year ago, but I am glad to be running again.
