Notes

Have not slept as long as I should have the last two nights. I have went to bed after 1:30 a.m. both nights and got up early. Body felt tired. I ran okay, but I ran slow. My lower back felt tight toward the end of the run and my stride ended up shortening. My cadence was slow, too. But I ran without stopping and covered almost a mile more than what I was planning to run.
