Legs felt pretty good today except for the Achilles which was a little tight off and on during the run. No trails today as I wanted to give the legs a recovery after yesterdays race.

The .16 during the middle of the run was checking out the sled hill incline/length. Looks like it is 50ft incline over .08 miles. I'd say that is a decent grade for downhill leg pounding, too bad it is not longer. Having to go up/down 40 times to get 3 miles sounds pretty brutal.
