4x(200,400,800) @ 5K pace with 200m rest jogs in between. This was pretty hard trying to keep consistent pace. I pretty much just focused on effort. 200's & 400's felt smooth and controlled by the second set, but 800's were a struggle the whole time. Probably an indicator I am in not great shape.
