Ran 7 miles at marathon pace (should be around 6:35). It was harder than it should have been, not sure why, maybe just a bad day.
Up at 5:50 am, drank a 5 hour energy (4 calories).
No breakfast or calories before the run.
Out by 6:00 am. Mile 1 bathroom break.
Mile 3 bathroom break.
Started pace at 6 miles and finished at 13.
Cool down. No energy gel/drink(just h2o) entire run.
