Notes

Did 3 miles worth of hill repeats on the sled hill. Was going to do 4 but achilles and ankles really started to get trashed and the last few down hills I had some scary tweaks on the thighs. The funny thing was that I could maintain a pretty decent pace the rest of the run despite the pounding. Started to bonk the last few miles.
