Decided to call it a day at 22. Calf was barking off and on and the it band was screaming. Yeah I probably could have pushed through it, but for what gain? I'm trained and 2 extra miles doesn't mean jack at this point. Pretty good run overall, but I'm thinking sub 7 may be a big stretch. Probably going out for a 7:15 - 7:30 and if I can speed up, great...
