Was going to do a 6 mile tempo run but left hammy locked up 4 miles in. Should have quit then because it got really painful the last mile and now hurts to walk... Seems like some sort of nerve issue because my foot has also been twitchy all day. Work has been driving me to my breaking point again stress-wise. I suspect it may be related to that...
