Nice and easy. Kept it slow the first 10 miles or so. Had some pain on top of foot tendons that started Thursday. Took yesterday off to give it a rest. Today it was noticeable right away. Not really significant, but just a dull ache. It seemed to slowly move upward to the Anterior tib about 11 where it started to ache. Anterior tib pain went away as soon as I got home and iced, and is not sore to the touch at all, so I don't think I made things worse. Depending on how the foot feels tomorrow, I'll either do 6 or just skip it.
