Wow I love these pure connects. Went out just to do an easy run but then looked at the watch the 2nd mile and decided that if 7:08 felt easy maybe I should speed up every mile and see where it goes. Got to 6:20 and decided that was enough for today, no need to hurt. Overall, it was a good workout, mostly about controlling the pace rather than gutting it out.
