Sort of a pace run. Started out trying to do tempo from 6:30 for 2 miles down to 6:20, but after 2 had to slow down not speed up.

I don't know what is going on, but I feel like my fitness is getting worse not better... My legs don't feel tired during the day or when I run, just hitting a higher threshold pace is harder. I have less than two months to fix this...
