Notes

Decided to give hill intervals a try. Sled hill was thawed out so ran over there. I forgot how much steeper and shorter it is. Ended up doing 2 hill miles worth of repeats, jogged a couple miles, did some random hills then one more mile on the sled hill. Cut the run a little short because achilles and bottom of heel started to tweak pretty bad.
