Though the temps were supposedly the same as yesterday it felt way more humid. HR was high and this run was full of suck. I also think I have Poison Something (Ivy, ????) and hope it is not some tick-borne disease. However, considering it is in multiple locations, probably not.
This run just sucked. HR was higher from beginning and I was slow. Bleech.
