Good MAF-10 11 miler. My heel ankle areas are still store. Mainly the left leg heel ankle region. It takes 1-2 miles to work out the kinks (as can be seen in the slow first mile). AHR is actually 131.6. Was pretty windy from the end of mile 6 back, but managed to keep HR below MAF-10. 18 consecutive days running.
