Notes
It sucks being fat and out of shape. Legs were stone most of this run. This wasn't fun. Basically one speed, slow the whole run. Nothing slower, nothing faster. After the first mile, my fastest mile was 7:36, my slowest was 7:55. What a range of consistency. Right hammy/hip was tight towards the end. I was tired. Sucks being slow. Also windy on the way back.
Way, way overdressed.
