This was a recovery run. So I set out to try and run the 7 mile loop in an hour (8:34/mile pace). My legs were extremely tired from yesterday's run and doing yardwork for 5 hours. Just kept the pace comfortable, I didn't really push it at all on this run. Legs got a tad tired around 6.4 miles. HR is again astronomically high. I wonder if it was always this high during Boston training.
