Easy run outside. Still don't feel 100%, maybe 90-95% but OK run considering. Course measured long (which is better than short :) ). HR probably 2-3 bpm higher than where I'd want it to be. Hopefully on the road to recovery and getting my fitness back and faster. Feel like I've lost a week though..
