YES! I totally Killed this workout!! I am in the sort of lethargic stage this week so I wasn't sure if my repeats would be the same as last time or slower...and didn't know how I would hold up endurance wise....20 is A LOT of 200's....but check it out:...and look at what happened to my last 5 repeats, WHAT?!
Happy with consistent times and a strong finish when My body SHOULD have been tired and slowing down:)
I'm feeling READY! Bring it Boston!
