ran 5 miles with Liana.
we did 2 at glendoveer but it was SO muddy...like an obstacle course so we did the last 3 on the road.
then we went to a good steep hill and did 4 x 10sec hill sprints
it was POURING rain today!
*been having some major gastro-intestinal issues this week. not sure if I have a bit of a bug or what but it does not feel great. didn't feel like eating dinner tonight. just ate a banana and bowl of cereal. can't even remember the last time I ate a bowl of cereal. funny how different my eating is now.
