When I started this workout today, I was tired. the 9min pace warm up felt hard....but I got it done.
it was 2 mile warm up, then for 4 miles I did 1min hard (6:15-6:30 pace), 2 min easy, repeated. then 2 mile cool down. Today I felt like these legs have LONG way to go.....but it was probably just an 'off' day.
weather was PERFECT!
