this was THE most discouraging workout I have ever done..the last 3 sprints I just COULDN'T perform. bad form...slow paces.......fighting the urge to quit so bad. I tried the postive self talk but I just felt so discouraged.
I am wondering if I am really gonna be able to run Boston well. I have NEVER been able to run hills at well at a decent pace. If I am going to try to run an average of 7:15-7:30 for Boston.....I just don't see how I can do it with all t hose hills.
My legs felt SO weak today. I literally pee'd my pants the whole way up on sprint # 6. I hated it. I hated EVERY. SINGLE. SECOND. of it.
I want to go put my head under a pillow and cry right now.
the ONLY thing I can credit myself for today was that I didn't give up. and trust me I WANTED TO QUIT. BAD.
The last 40 seconds of every sprints was TORTURE.
