Met Tanja for a run at springwater. we decided to go the other direction.
the first 5 miles I felt sluggish...tired legs...slow...
first mile was about 8:20...then the next 4 were about 7:55-8:00 min pace. I was beginning to think that it was going to be a bad run...just didn't have the energy....
then all of a sudden at mile 6 I started to push a bit and my body fell into a good rythym and I felt good.
I sat at about 7:02-7:15 pace for the rest except mile 11 which was up hill was about 7:25..then last mile was 6:51:)
it was a good run. a half marathon PR for me....feeling REALLY excited for my half on April 9th.
