Notes

2 miles...no ankle pain at all.

but I am feeling pain in my heel (starters of plantar fasciatis maybe Steve said).

My calves are RIDICULOUSLY tight this last week or more and I am trying to stretch alot but it's hard to stretch the one calf muscle...steve said graston could help or maybe some massage as well.
