John told me to run 6 miles with last 2-3 at tempo pace (7-7;15).
I waited too long and it was WARM 70-75 degrees.
First 3 miles were a little under 8min average. Very easy and comfortable.
Then mile 4 was 7:16. Felt easy. Mile 5 7:15...starting to feel a bit more challenging.
Mile 6 6:50. legs felt dead half way through this mile.
Not sure how I feel about this upcoming 10K on Saturday.....hmmm....
we'll see how it goes I guess.
new Saucony Kinvaras felt GREAT! still had pain on the outside of my right ankle, lower leg.
