*Help: Recovery run. how come I don't have "recovery" as one of my workout type options above?? I only can choose easy but I'd like to be able to distinguish between the two.

well..first run back.

I felt good. was sure glad for my wind breaker and fleece gloves b/c it ws cold but I didn't really notice it while I was running. when I took my gloves off at the end i could feel that it was freezing!

realized it doesn't get light out until about 7:45am:( so I"m going to have to get some pepper spray so I can start earlier.

was thinking about the marathon while I was running and how I'm going to have to get my comfortable pace down.

right now I'm comfortable and easy at about 8:10 pace:) so hoping I can settle into a 7:45 pace for my marathon and stay with that for 26 miles lol. seems ridiculous now but I trust in Joels coaching and lots of hard work on my part:)
