Ran with Becky this morning! such a nice run... we both started off sore so we took it easy.
I was SO thankful the gas station was open lol b/c I had to go potty BAD! ha ha...
last mile my calves were really sore..probably from all the uphill. we did it twice b/c we got 1.25mi up and had to go back to the track so Becky could put her jacket back then went back up again.
it was so nice to watch the sun rise over the city. Made me think of what a beautiful world this is and how much opportunity awaits us. I am so thankful to be alive and for the gift of health that I have.
After we did our hill sprints.
I did 4, becky did 5 ( I REALLY had to go to the bathroom again), geesh.
