Oh my gosh! I got home and new I needed to get in at least 6-8 more miles today to make my 55 mile goal this week. My legs were buzzing so I headed out for an "easy" run.
Well I had so much energy it was insane!! I felt like someone spiked my Gatorade! Lol
Here are my splits:

Seriously, it was the most amazing empowering run! And when I finished I felt like I could run 5 more!!!
