warm at least 500. swim pull drill

main set 3x(300moderate, 200 moderate +,100 steady) =1800 Did not have my watch today so I have no times.

4x200(build each 50 faster) =800

cd 400 swim/pull. I have been trying to do a longer cd of late. After swimming hard I hope the longer cd's will help me finish the workout feeling good about my stroke. And feeling better about the workout. I feel I am not getting faster or more efficient.
