RPE 8. 91-93 rpm. checked 5-6 times. Legs felt heavy. Did lots of stretching before and afterwards. the first mile was tough. Seemed to warm towards the end of mile2. Although mile 2 is always my fastest mile leaving from paddleboats. Perhaps I feel after a mile warm up that I should push my effort more so as to reach my target HR of no greater than 145. Thought I executed the ceiling HR of 145 better today.
