RPE Hard 9. Drove out to Mesquite Airport. Rode airport loop backwards so I could have all right turns. Warm up 20 mins. As I began the workout of 50-60 mins at 85% HR(154-155), I was not sure I would be able to keep heart rate up. Legs were feeling fatigued and heavy. (each airport lap about 6 miles?) After the first tempo lap of the airport my legs begin to feel better. I began to be able to hold the HR. You can refer to the graph to see the chnage in HR closer to target. On the final 2+ laps, I felt I executed the workout as prescribed. 60min at tempo. ~16 min cooldown.
