first 60 mins warmup i little ring. 40 more minutes in big ring wrm up. 85 mins tempo. Solid effort. Had 5 bottles. 4 water 1 infinit. Need a 2nd bottle of infinit on this ride. Consume all 4 gels. and needed one more. At mile 70 I began to feel weak. Good ride. Solid effort.
