rpe 7+. Ran on treadmill. Swim lessons in a.m. pushed easy run indoors. always run on incline of 1%. This replicates closer to outdoor running whereas no incline does not. ran the entire 40+ never breathing through mouth. 1st mile 9:08 avg hr 124 max hr 129. 2nd mile 8:07 avg hr 136 max hr142. 3rd mile 7:50 avg hr 143max hr148. 4th mile 7:43 avg hr 147max hr150. 5th mile 7:43 avg hr 149max hr155. walked 1/4 mile 4:42. stretched 5+ mins afterwards. run felt ok overall. not bad just ok. cadence was 90 everytime i checked(5-6 times)...
