rpe7-9. abs beforehand. ran one mile stopped stretched. as per norm the 2nd mile was my fastest. also I breathed only through nose. Never through mouth..Not sure if this makes any difference..But I suppose it helps me control my "easy" run. If I have to breath through my mouth then I might be going to hard...cadence 90-92. run felt good. But bad! I feel good overall. Not fatigued. on a scale of 1-10(1 being less fatigued) I am around a 2-3. Sleeping well.
I was not going to do the 3x25 to ensure I transition appropriately and injury free back into the training schedule. But I am feeling good(not as strong as before the illness) but strong enough to have a solid workout on a 3x25.
