rpe7+. The only reason I give this a "+" is bc my legs felt fatigued. I didnt feel as fluid today as I did Tuesdays run. wore comprssion sleeves on calves. This helps offer support. Stopped after 1 mile and stretched. walked longer than normal afterwards and stretched. Thighs are sore today. The left achilles and rt calf discomfort will most likely not go away until after the race...Besides anti-inflammatories, ice, stretching, personal massage and a massage from a professional when I can afford it, I can not be any smarter than I am being...
