rpe7. HR not correct. Been having a little trouble with Garmn showing a spike in HR when there is no spike. Simply incorrect readings. So when this occurs I use rpe to continue running or riding. Pace felt comfortable. But 7:30's are a bit fast...Phyiscally feeling good. Left thigh is better left achilles is better. No problems with rt calf x2days. Hope to get another massage sometime soon.
