RPE 7-8. 100 swim. plus warm up 4x200(swim, kick, swim, kick) 250,200,100 pull. 4x100 pull on 1:40 .. 16x50 4on50secs, 4 on 55secs, 4 on 50 secs, 4 on 45secs(800m). 300 swim, 200 swim with fins, 100 swim easy with fins. Good swim nothing to report...
