RPE 8.5. 20min warm up. I felt like i needed this warm up...Legs felt a bit fatigued before run. 25 mins tempo at ~87-88% of max(~160). Felt difficult but in control of the run. I felt like I need some more tempo type w/o's. But havent been able to bc of calf tightness. Rt Calf was a bit tight after run. Nice stretch and feels fine 3 hrs post w/o. The tempo began ~2.58 mile point. The wind was very difficult and did not worry about my pace but maintained my HR . However, I did push it a bit the final .5 mile. I just felt good.
