rpe 7+. I kept my effort level moderate. However, it felt tough swimming in the hot water. avg HR 144 max HR 152. I hope it is the hot water that made it feel like a difficult swim. Worked on a couple of changes from first swim lesson from Thursday...Will continue to work! Swam about 1:30mins less and about 200 yds less this week than last week.
I still feel that the buoys should be remeasured. I think it is longer than 2800yds.
