rpe7+. warm up 500 swim 8:43 easy effort on warm up. next 1000 drill with fins. did some 50 drill 50 catch up and some 100 drill with 100 catch up. Always following a drill with a catch up. 500 pull, 600 swim with a strong final 150m.
