rpe8. Legs fatigued from yesterdays workout. First mile felt terrible. Able to final loosen up a bit around mile 3-4. Stopped after first mile and stretched. Legs felt better but I still had heavy legs after mile 2 which is usually my fastest mile. Today fastest mile was mile 6. It seemed from mile 6 on I had consistant mile splits. HR elevated a bit after mile 6. But it felt fine. The 2nd half of the run was easier than the first half. cadence checked about 3 times at 90.
