1st 500m 9:32 drills plus wu
2nd 500m 8:12 1:38 pace
3rd 500m 8:13 1:38 pace
4th 500m 8:16

6th 500m 8:19 1:39 pace
heavy cruise, not sprint sets. Swim is difficult for me. And it felt difficult at todays swim...I can look good swimming 50yds with a 2-3 min rest in a lesson format ..but after 100 everything feels hard and feels like I am falling apart....Still fast and hopefully more efficient than last OCT (longhorn).
