2nd run at new zones from metabolic testing...Trying to keep things around the 145 HR. First 3 miles tailwind. Last 3+ headwind. Obviously slower, but stayed within goal HR...The new zone for easy run is almost not a conversational pace. I have no problem in this new zone and feel great. I just wonder if this is the appropriate zone for an easy/maintenance/long run HR zone...Will keep testing the new zone...
