rpe7-8. Perhaps the run frequency is beginning to make a difference. I began the run feeling sluggish on the brick. As I clocked the first mile I was running at a faster pace than it felt. Good sign. I am still not as comfortable with my run. But this will come. Just keep up the frequency it will come around...Plenty of time. 4 mnths will be here soon but it is still 4 mnths. I will be ready! Positive run.
