rpe7-9. warm up 600. plus 4(25kick,25drill,50swim) all with fins. did not need fins.
main set: Pull set : 3x200 on 3:10, 100 easy, 2x200 on 3mins, 100 easy, 200 hard, 100 easy
finished with swim set 4x50 plus 100 hard x3. Total 3400. Sunday is the only day I swim in a lane above my ability. I get in the back of the lane and work very hard to hold form and pace.
