RPE 7+. Wanted to have a moderate swim. Not hard but somewhat challenging. Tuesday was a harder swim. Wednesday was an easy swim so I wanted today to be moderate. Just as I have intensity days on the bike and run I also have days in which are easy and moderate levels of intensity.
warm up 200 swim 200 kick 200 swim 200 drill
main set 10x200 pull 1st 3x200 on 3:50(I had 40-45 secs between each) 2nd 3x200 on 3:40(still had about 30 secs between each) 3rd 3x300 on 3:30(had about 15-20 secs between each). Last 200 I swam instead of easy pull. All 200's felt at a moderate pace not hard.
