RPE7. Stretched and worked abs. Ran 1 mile stopped and stretched again. felt good as usual for mile 2. And what would you know the 2nd mile is again the fastest mile of the day... I found myself running 2-3 beats per minute faster than my ceiling of 145. As long as I do not spike, I felt like I would stick with 2-3 beats per minute over ceiling. Come to find out this run was one of my most constant runs yet. so although a bit over my ceiling of 145, I felt this was a well executed run. Felt easy...finsihed with stretching.
