RPE 7-9. Worked abs. Easy the easy portion first 31-32 mins easy rpe7. Felt a little sluggish this a.m. But after the first mile or so felt much better... Ran a bit longer today. Today was mostly a social run for me...At 38 mins I took my shoes off and ran on the infield barefoot. Very nice....Ran cool down longer than normal which made for a longer than normal easy run time...But here again it was more social this a.m. The 6 30 secs strides were hard but controlled. Very productive.
