RPE8. Easy run turned into a difficult effort. I began slower than normal with my first mile. Stopped at mile 1 and stretched. I felt fatigued early on. So I went slower than normal after stretching. My HR and pace stayed rather parallel until around 7-8. I could feel the heat from yesterday and the bad nutrition from the day before as well. Give me fish any day. Or a little chicken. But if I do red meat It must be in very very small amounts. After the run stretched and began to develop a little gi distress. So eat a light breakfast and relaxed. Ready to swim by afternoon.
